Klasse-A-Dosierzelle und der direkt angeschlossenen Klasse-B-Vorkammer. Das Dosiersystem wird innerhalb der Hei\u00dfzelle installiert. Die Abschirmung an der Vorderseite kann f\u00fcr die inaktive Vorbereitung des Dispensiersystems durch die Handschuhports abgesenkt werden. Zur Durchf\u00fchrung der Pr\u00e4paration unter aktiven Bedingungen sind Verschlussstopfen vorhanden.<\/p>\n<p>Abf\u00fcllzelle und Vorkammer sind beide mit LAF-Einheiten ausgestattet und verf\u00fcgen jeweils \u00fcber separate Bel\u00fcftungs- und Filtersysteme. Der Komplex arbeitet unter Unterdruck. Der Druck in der Vorkammer ist niedriger als der Druck in der Dispensierzelle.<\/p>\n<p>Das Dosiersystem erm\u00f6glicht die Abf\u00fcllung in offene Fl\u00e4schchen. Ein Drehteller positioniert die Fl\u00e4schchen unter jedem Modul des Abgabesystems. Eine Spritzenpumpe bef\u00f6rdert die Produktl\u00f6sung durch einen Sterilfilter. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die Fl\u00e4schchen automatisch verschlossen und in die bel\u00fcftete Bodenschleuse fallen gelassen, in der auch die Aktivit\u00e4t bestimmt wird. Die Entnahme erfolgt direkt in einen Bleibeh\u00e4lter. Der Deckel des Beh\u00e4lters wird automatisch bedient.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Fl\u00e4schchen einer Charge werden nacheinander anhand einer Pr\u00e4parationsliste bef\u00fcllt. Die Bestimmung der Aktivit\u00e4t und des Gewichts der Bulkl\u00f6sung sowie die Verd\u00fcnnung werden vor dem Abgabevorgang durchgef\u00fchrt.
