Lutetium-177 ist ein \u03b2-Emitter mit einer Halbwertszeit von 6,65 Tagen. Er kann auf zwei verschiedenen Wegen hergestellt werden, direkt durch Bestrahlung von Lutetium-176 f\u00fcr die tr\u00e4gergebundene Form, oder, wie in unserem Fall, indirekt durch Bestrahlung von Ytterbium-176 f\u00fcr die nicht tr\u00e4gergebundene Form. Lu-177 zerf\u00e4llt durch Emission von Betastrahlung (\u03b2-: 148,8 keV) und Gammastrahlung (\u03b3: 208 keV &#8211; 10,4 % H\u00e4ufigkeit) zu Hafnium-177.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\n\t\t\t<div class='pl-4 tablet:pl-0' >\n\t\t\t<p class='font-bold text-c_md5 mb-4'>Hintergrund<\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class='text-c_md2 mb-c_B_lg1 content'>\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<p>Lutetium-177 hat in den letzten Jahren als Substanz immer mehr an Bedeutung gewonnen, da sie in vielen neuen Radiopharmazeutika, insbesondere f\u00fcr die Krebstherapie, verwendet wird. In Kombination mit diagnostischen [<sup>68<\/sup>Ga]-basierten Wirkstoffen ist es jetzt das wichtigste therapeutische Nuklid f\u00fcr theranostische Ans\u00e4tze, wie z. B. mit DOTA-konjugierten Verbindungen zur Bindung an das prostataspezifische Membranantigen (PSMA).
