Eckert &amp; Ziegler hat ein Filtertestmodul als Add-on zum Syntheseger\u00e4t Modular-Lab eazy entwickelt. Es erm\u00f6glicht die \u00dcberwachung der Druckhaltef\u00e4higkeit von Sterilfiltern nach jeder Synthese mit Modular-Lab eazy.<br \/><strong>Achtung!<\/strong> Der beschriebene Filtertest ersetzt nicht den Filterintegrit\u00e4tstest, der nach der aseptischen Abf\u00fcllung eines gebrauchsfertigen Arzneimittels durchgef\u00fchrt werden muss.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\n\t\t\t<div class='pl-4 tablet:pl-0' >\n\t\t\t<p class='font-bold text-c_md5 mb-4'>Methode<\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class='text-c_md2 mb-c_B_lg1 content'>\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<p>Das Funktionsprinzip des Filtertestmoduls basiert auf einem zerst\u00f6rungsfreien Druckhaltetest und eignet sich f\u00fcr vorbenetzte, nicht bel\u00fcftete Sterilfilter. Der Filtertest wird nach jeder Synthese durchgef\u00fchrt. Er kann gleichzeitig mit anderen Qualit\u00e4tskontrollverfahren stattfinden, ohne dass der Filter aus der <br \/>Synthesekassette genommen werden muss.<\/p>\n<p>Zur Bewertung werden verschiedene Parameter der Druckhaltekapazit\u00e4t von Filtern mit intakter Membran herangezogen. Der Druckhaltetest ist eine anerkannte Alternative zum Bubble-Point- und Diffusgasfluss-Test. Je nach Filtertyp, Filteraufbereitung und insbesondere Membranbenetzung k\u00f6nnen die Messwerte leichten Schwankungen unterliegen. Die Filterintegrit\u00e4t wird jedoch nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Endergebnis des Filtertests (bestanden oder nicht bestanden) wird im HMI-Schema der Software angezeigt und im Chargenprotokoll festgehalten. Im Falle eines nicht bestandenen Filtertests wird der Benutzer informiert und es werden Anweisungen f\u00fcr weitere Schritte, einschlie\u00dflich der Pr\u00fcfung auf lose Verbindungen und der
