Durch die Fokussierung auf radiomarkierte Verbindungen ist der Aufbau kleiner und preiswerter als eine kommerzielle, vollwertige analytische HPLC.<\/p>\n<p>Verschiedene Analyseverfahren f\u00fcr die am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendeten radioaktiv markierten Verbindungen werden von der Eckert &amp; Ziegler Eurotope GmbH programmiert und getestet. Dennoch musste die Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle der Produkte mit anderen Ger\u00e4ten durchgef\u00fchrt werden, die f\u00fcr jede Anwendung getestet, qualifiziert und validiert werden mussten. Stattdessen k\u00f6nnen die bestehenden Systeme mit dem analytischen HPLC-Modul von Modular-Lab aufger\u00fcstet werden. Die Analyse mittels HPLC Trennung und Erkennung von Aktivit\u00e4t und UV-Signal erm\u00f6glicht es, diesen Teil der Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle auf einer einzigen Plattform mit derselben Steuereinheit, demselben PC und derselben <a href=\"https:\/\/medical.ezag.com\/de\/products\/modular-lab-software\/\">Software<\/a> wie der Synthesizer durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einer eigenen Steuereinheit und einem eigenen PC kann das analytische HPLC-Modul auch unabh\u00e4ngig (als Stand-alone-Ger\u00e4t) vom Synthesizer verwendet werden. Das System ist einfach zu bedienen und es stehen f\u00fcr viele Anwendungen vorvalidierte Prozesse zur Verf\u00fcgung oder k\u00f6nnen vom Anwender frei programmiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Basissystem f\u00fchrt eine isokratische Analyse durch. Eine zweite Pumpe erm\u00f6glicht ein Gradientenprofil. In einem Standard-Setup, z.B. f\u00fcr den Nachweis von radioaktiv markierten DOTA-konjugierten Peptiden, besteht das analytische HPLC-System aus einem HPLC-Modul (mit Injektionsventil, abgeschirmtem Aktivit\u00e4tsdetektor, S\u00e4ulenhalter), einer Knauer AZURA Pumpe 4.1S (zweite f\u00fcr Gradienten), einem Knauer UV-Detektor UVD 2.1S , einem Knauer HPLC Online-Degasser, einer HPLC-S\u00e4ule und allen Schl\u00e4uchen und Anschl\u00fcssen sowie einer Steuereinheit. Alle Teile werden installiert und mit der vorgesehenen Applikation getestet. Die Bediener werden geschult und optional kann eine Vor-Ort-Performance-Qualifizierung eines definierten analytischen Prozesses durchgef\u00fchrt werden. F\u00fcr die Auswertung der Daten steht ein Softwaretool zur Backgroundkorrektur, Peakanalyse und Kurvenanpassung zur Verf\u00fcgung.
