In 1991 W\u00e4lischmiller Dresden was founded as a spin-off from the institution. The company name was changed to Isotope Technologies Dresden in 2008. They have been active in the radiopharmaceutical field equipping global manufacturers with radiation protection and isotope production equipment since then.
