To illustrate the implanted seeds, we offer <strong>demo cards IsoSeed\u00ae I-125<\/strong>, with which you can show your patients the size and structure of an implant using a real, non-active seed. Together with the implantation procedure you can inform your patients well about the therapy. <br \/>For the aftercare of your patients, we offer an <strong>aftercare passport<\/strong>, which allows you to enter the required aftercare examinations at specified intervals (aftercare plan) and which is carried by the patient at every visit to the doctor. All examination results can be noted and documented. For certain examinations, reference is made to the necessary prior consultation with the treating seed implantation center. All participating centers thus have the necessary transparency for optimal follow-up care. You also have the option of requesting <strong>implantation cards<\/strong> from us. Your patients can always carry the cards in the practical credit card format with them when traveling; they only contain data on the implants, not examination results. This is particularly important for patients who have undergone prostate seed brachytherapy, as this unique and gentle procedure can enable your patients to recover more quickly physically and return
