All materials used are certified to comply with the highest regulatory requirements. Customers can choose from proven standard materials and specific solutions, including cartridges, tubing, and other components. These can be predefined by the customer or sourced by Eckert & Ziegler according to the specifications.
Eckert & Ziegler offers individualized adaptation of synthesis cassettes to existing system configurations – or optimizes system configurations to suit the desired cassette.
Our comprehensive process development can be implemented in two ways:
– Confidentiality-First Design: Customers can maintain intellectual property confidentiality, sharing only essential details for development.
– End-to-End Development: Close collaboration with customers to design cassettes, systems and processes
We ensure reliability through a comprehensive quality and delivery framework. Customer-specific needs can be addressed with tailored quality and delivery agreements, which among other things may include:

– Retain backup sample definitions

Thanks to our broad logistics network and experienced team, production and delivery can be carried out according to defined cycles and customer timelines.
The complete control over our production facilities in Berlin allows for quick implementation of changes and adjustments. This enables a high level of responsiveness, beneficial in addressing short-term requirements due to component discontinuations by manufacturers or the tracking of modifications by change management.

– We Design: Eckert & Ziegler develops the cassette design based on process requirements and transitions it into production
– You Design: Customers provide the final cassette design and commission the production at Eckert & Ziegler.

In addition to the continuous optimization of existing processes, Eckert & Ziegler is constantly working to set new standards.
