To ensure the high quality of customized and complex facilities we follow a clearly defined process to make each project and its milestones traceable for our customers. Once an order has been received the project will be handed over to a project manager who serves as coordinator and main contact person for all matters concerning the project. During the phases of mechanical design engineering, sourcing and manufacturing regular updates about the current project status by means of conference calls, meetings and on-site visits are conducted together with the customer. The Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is the final step of the pre-installation phase and takes place at our premises. The purpose of the factory acceptance test is to ensure the compliance of all mechanical and electrical systems against the functional design specification (FDS). After the FAT the facility is dismantled, securely packaged and shipped to the customer’s site so that installation, commissioning and qualification may commence. This is performed by our highly experienced technicians and technologists. Following this, the customer will receive all training necessary to safely and reliably operate the new system.
After Sales Service
Once commissioned our equipment typically stays in operation for decades. As a consequence, no project really ends after final acceptance. We support our customers by offering all services ensuring reliable and economical operation for years to come. Once the project is completed, the customers can count on us as a reliable and experienced partner in the preparation of schedules for the necessary maintenance work. These include general maintenance, the supply of spare parts and consumables as well as GMP re-qualification. We also offer upgrades and adaptations to existing systems to qualify them for changed technical or regulatory requirements whenever possible.
We perform annual preventive maintenance of the facility, during which not only general functions of all systems are checked but also machine operators are interviewed regarding the handling, functions and possible enhancements. Furthermore, we offer repair services for occurring technical defects within an agreed period and provide support for the annual re-qualification.
Spare Parts & Wear Parts & Consumables
Our systems meet the requirements of production at the highest quality level and at the same time guarantee maximum protection of the users which requires the occasional replacement of worn parts or parts of the process equipment. That is why customers can order the necessary spare and wear parts directly from us. We will provide an adequate offer which suits the requirements.
Updates & Upgrades
It often occurs that there are new laws or regulations that affect the systems and thus our customers’ daily work. In this case, we offer updates and upgrades both for the system itself and for the operational software to comply with changed legal requirements.
